SoldSticker and the SoldSticker Chrome Extension are designed to assist with live auction label printing workflows by detecting sold items and generating printable shipping or inventory labels.
The SoldSticker Chrome Extension may access webpage content from supported live auction or marketplace pages in order to detect completed sales, item numbers, usernames, and item information necessary for label printing functionality.
Sale information detected by the extension is processed locally on the user's computer and may be sent to the locally running SoldSticker desktop application for label generation and printing.
SoldSticker does not upload detected sale information to SoldSticker-owned servers.
SoldSticker does not intentionally collect, sell, rent, or share personal user data with third parties.

Payments, license key generation, and subscription management may be handled by third-party providers including Lemon Squeezy.
SoldSticker does not directly store full payment card information.

SoldSticker is compatible with Whatnot live sales but is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Whatnot or its trademarks.
The Chrome extension requests only the permissions necessary to detect sold items, communicate with the local SoldSticker application, and provide label printing functionality.
SoldSticker does not use browser permissions for advertising, tracking, or selling user data.
Due to the digital nature of the software, purchases may be non-refundable except where required by law.
Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
